Brooklyn Botanic Garden ships via U.S. domestic ground. In-stock items usually ship within five business days. BBG will not guarantee delivery on or before a specific date.
Please note: Online orders ship only to U.S. addresses by ground service. To place an international or priority order, please contact customer service at 718-623-7280 (Tuesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) or customerservice@bbg.org.
Standard domestic shipping and handling rates for merchandise sent to each individual address are as follows:

For orders exceeding $200, shipping charges will equal 11% of the merchandise total. BBG will not accept online orders in excess of $500. To place large orders, please contact Customer Service.
You won't be charged for back-ordered items until they ship. Total shipping charges to each individual address will not exceed the standard shipping fee.
If a product is not available, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone so that you have the opportunity to adapt your order.
Certain large or bulky items, as noted for each product, require an additional charge to supplement shipping fees. For these specific items, Garden Gift Shop staff will contact you to collect the additional fee after your order is placed.
There are no shipping charges for gift certificates purchased online.

Return Policy
You may return any unopened or unused item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus the original shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Books and videos are nonreturnable.
